PRK Partners at the largest residential transaction of 2026!

We are pleased to announce that our law firm provided comprehensive legal advice to developer group SATPO in the acquisition of an extensive residential portfolio in the Prague housing estate of Písnice. SATPO is working closely with investment group WOOD & Company on this exceptional project. This is the largest residential real estate transaction in the Czech Republic to date in 2026.
