Fraud alert - misuse of our law firm data
Please note that there are currently attempts at fraud, where messages are being sent on our behalf to Facebook account holders alerting them to alleged infringements of intellectual property rights that do not originate from our law firm (sample communication below). The scammers use various outgoing email addresses that, on the face of it, do not originate from our law firm and only impersonate our law firm. Our law firm has nothing to do with these activities and distances itself from them.
In the event that you notice such activity, we recommend that you do not communicate with the scammers or open any attachments to these messages.
