Zuzana Koudelova is an attorney at law at PRK Partners specializing primarily in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate law.
Throughout her legal practice, she has focused on providing comprehensive legal services to both Czech and international clients in connection with their business activities in the Czech Republic. Additionally, Zuzana specializes in civil-law matters related to trust funds and inheritance law, serving both domestic and international clients.
Zuzana earned her Master’s degree (Mgr.) from the Faculty of Law of
Pan-European University in Bratislava in 2012. She was admitted to the Czech Bar Association as an attorney at law in 2017.
Zuzana joined PRK Partners in 2012.
She is fluent in Czech and English.
