Tereza is an attorney at PRK Partners with extensive experience in providing legal services to both Czech and international clients. In her practice, she specializes in litigation, real estate law, insurance law with a focus on handling insurance claims abroad and related recourse relationships, and comprehensive contract matters.
Tereza graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno, where she obtained her Master's degree in 2007. During her studies, she spent a year at the Faculty of Law at Université Aix-Marseille in France, which allowed her to deepen her knowledge of French law and gain an international perspective. She has been registered with the Czech Bar Association since 2010.
Prior to joining PRK Partners in 2011, Tereza gained valuable experience at Czech and international law firms, where she primarily served francophone clientele. This practice provided her with a deep understanding of the specifics of international cooperation and cross-border legal issues.
Tereza actively communicates in Czech, French, and English, which enables her to effectively represent Czech entities abroad and provide qualified legal assistance to foreign clients in the Czech Republic, particularly in resolving complex litigation matters.
