Martin Kriz has a corporate, corporate finance and insurance practice. He has been involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions (including their regulatory clearances), joint ventures, fund raisings and financings in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and also in other Central and Eastern European countries. His M&A practice focuses particularly on the energy, technology, real estate, industrial manufacturing and finance sectors.

Martin is listed and recommended as a leading practitioner, both in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, corporate law, and outsourcing in numerous directories and publications, including Chambers Europe, Chambers Global, The Legal 500 Europe, Legal Experts, and Best Lawyers.

Martin Kriz, partner, holds law degrees from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and Comenius University Law School in Bratislava, as well as an MBA from Warwick Business School in England.

Martin worked as a foreign associate in a leading firm in the City of London between 1999 and 2000. With that exception, he has been working at PRK Partners since 1996. Martin became a partner in 2001.
