Jan is an attorney at PRK Partners with a focus on corporate law, real estate law and commercial law. He primarily specializes in real estate projects and transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Jan joined PRK Partners as an associate in 2022 and has been working with PRK Partners as an attorney since 2024.
Before joining PRK Partners, he worked as a legal trainee at a general practice law firm where he gained valuable experience in a wide range of legal practice areas.
After completing his master's degree at the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc, he worked as an associate at a law firm where he focused on corporate, commercial and real estate law and represented clients in civil and insolvency proceedings.
Jan regularly participates in mandates related to corporate governance, real estate transactions, share transfers and other related legal matters.
Jan is fluent in Czech and English and has moderate knowledge of German.
