Filip Silhavy is an attorney at PRK Partners specialising in litigation, arbitration, execution and insolvency proceedings. He is also widely experienced in corporate law, real estate law, contract law and obligation law.
Filip earned his Master’s (Mgr.) degree in law from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague (2015). As part of his studies Filip underwent an internship with the University College Dublin in Ireland. In 2008 he joined PRK Partners as a non-legal student, followed by a legal student position in 2009 and by associate position in 2015. He was admitted to the Czech Bar Association as an attorney at law in 2019. Filip has been a member of the disciplinary committee of the Czech Bar Association since 2021.
Filip is fluent in Czech and English.
