The law office PRK Partners has provided legal advice to Itera Technologies, a Czech technological start-up, with respect to the entry of a group of minority investors into the company. The provided legal services included in particular assistance and legal advice in negotiations concerning transaction documents and conditions of the investors‘ entry in the company and definition of the subsequent arrangements of shareholders‘ relations in the company.
