PRK Partners provided legal advice to a syndicate of Czech banks

PRK Partners provided legal advice to a syndicate of Czech banks (Komerční Banka, PPF banka and UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia) led by Česká spořitelna, as coordinator, in connection with a bond issue by Czechoslovak Group (CSG). As this is the third bond issue of CSG Holding, existing outstanding bonds were also exchanged for new ones. The volume of the entire transaction amounted to CZK 2 billion. The PRK Partners team was led by partner Martin Aschnebrenner with support from senior associate Jan Ditrych.

Czechoslovak Group companies operate in the automotive, railway, aerospace, defence and watchmaking sectors.
