PRK Partners advised J&T Banka (represented by Pavol Martiška) on the EUR 42 million financing provided to Julius Meinl Living Group for the acquisition and redevelopment of a luxury hotel in Berlin, Germany.

The financing relates to "The Julius Berlin", a luxury hotel property located on Marburger Strasse in the Charlottenburg district of west-central Berlin, with an expected opening in mid-2028. It will be Julius Meinl Living's first property in Western Europe, following The Julius Prague and further The Julius properties under development in Bucharest and Budapest.

PRK Partners’ legal services included preparation and negotiation of the loan agreement and security documentation, as well as coordination of legal advice provided by foreign counsels across relevant jurisdictions: Noerr (Germany), Maples and Calder (Luxembourg), and Camilleri Cassar Advocates (Malta).
