PRK Partners Advises EPH Financing CZ Bond Issue

We provided advice to the leading co-managers (Ceska sporitelna, Komercni banka and UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia) in the sale of bonds issued by EPH Financing CZ, a.s. secured by a financial guarantee provided by Energeticky a prumyslovy holding, a.s. The maximum volume of the bond issue is CZK 2.5 billion. The securities have been admitted to trading on the Stock Exchange Prague and offered publicly in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The PRK team was led by experienced senior attorney Jan Ditrych. EPH is a leading Central European energy group operating assets in the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Germany, Italy, Ireland, the U.K., France, and Switzerland.
