Marta Donizeau serves as Counsel at PRK Partners specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and competition law and finance. She worked with Gide Loyrette Nouel in Paris and Prague from 1997 to 2010. She joined PRK Partners in 2011.
Marta received her Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. She also obtained a post-graduate degree in international law (DEA) from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
She was admitted as an attorney at law to the Czech Bar Association in 2001 and to the Paris Bar Association in 2006.
Marta is fluent in Czech, French and English.
