Zuzana is an attorney specialising in banking and finance, real estate and intellectual property law.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc in 2005 and obtained an LL.M. degree in 2011 from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary in Virginia, USA. She joined PRK Partners in 2012.
Before joining PRK Partners, Zuzana acquired substantial experience both in the Czech Republic and abroad. From 2005 to 2008 she worked as an associate at the law firm Mrazek – Mrazkova. Subsequently, before moving to the USA, Zuzana practised as an independent attorney at law specialising in real estate, construction and commercial law. She has also gained experience in the area of trademarks and industrial designs. After finishing the LL.M. programme in the American legal system at the College of William & Mary, she worked as a legal clerk at the Norfolk Circuit Court (Virginia, USA).
Zuzana is an attorney at law admitted to the Czech Bar Association (in 2008) and the New York State Bar (in 2012).
Zuzana is fluent in Czech and English and has a basic understanding of German and French.
