Marcela Tomcalova graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno in 2011. She also completed a legal studies program at the Faculty of Law of Saarland University in Germany.

Marcela joined PRK Partners in 2009 as an associate and in 2015 she became an attorney at law of the Czech Bar Association. She specialises primarily in corporate law, civil law and dispute resolution.

She participates in representing the Czech Finance Ministry before a Swiss court in connection with a case against former managers of mining company Mostecka uhelna spolecnost and in representing a major real estate investor in litigation regarding a claim for damages in connection with construction works. Among her other recent successful projects was the participation in the management of the process of the liquidation of the Brose Trutnov Automotive Systems CZ spol. s r.o. plant and the complex processing of related documentation.

Marcela is fluent in Czech, English and German.
