Jaroslav is an associate at PRK Partners mainly specialising in corporate and commercial law, international business law, sustainability, and personal data protection.
He joined PRK Partners as an associate in 2019. Prior to that, Jaroslav worked as a paralegal in the banking and finance team in the Prague office of WOLF THEISS Rechtsanwälte GmbH & Co KG. Jaroslav graduated from the of Masaryk University Faculty of Law in Brno where he earned a Master’s degree.
During his studies, he attended several international events including: International Transportation and Sale in Malta (2016), Competition Law School in Nicosia, Cyprus (2017), and Business Law School in Baku, Azerbaijan (2018).
Jaroslav also studied at the University of Helsinki in Finland as part of the Erasmus+ programme in 2017.
Jaroslav recently finished taking part in a three-year secondment at one of the world’s top manufacturers of industrial valves where he also provided legal services to its parent company.
Jaroslav is fluent in Czech and English, and he has a basic working knowledge of Spanish.
