Mining

At PRK Partners, our mining experts appreciate the importance of the industry and have a home-grown understanding of how it operates. We watched the sector undergo major privatisations, and serious hardship in the wake of the global recession. We’ve analysed the environmental and economic impact of all types of mining in our region. It is this experience that helps us to understand how to best position businesses and investors in this industry sector.

Our experts can advise clients on everything from land purchase and securing financing to handling the environmental issues that arise from mining. We also help clients manage employment issues and confront the myriad of issues that arise from the international element that many mining operations have. Our experts in this sector come from different practice areas, enabling us to deliver value-added service to any mining client.
