With Azet.sk has Ringier Axel Springer Media become the leader on the Slovak online market. The company operates through its Slovak subsidiary, and issues such widely read newspaper Nový čas and several magazines. It also operates the internet portals that are visited by about 800,000 monthly visitors;
  • Advising the Central European leader in internet advertising on the merger of its Czech and Slovak operations;
  • Czech law advice to Novell Professional Services Česká republika, s.r.o. in connection with various agreements concerning local IT services and product support;
  • Provided IT and regulatory advice to I-Box LLC in connection with the installation of a network of payment and re-charge terminals.
