Ivan Telepcak is an attorney at PRK Partners specializing mainly in corporate law, commercial law and competition law (mergers, cartels, dominance abuse). Ivan graduated with honours from Comenius University in Bratislava in 2010 and received a Master’s Degree (Mgr.) in Law. He was admitted to the Slovak Bar Association as an attorney-at-law in 2014.
Since joining PRK Partners in 2010, Ivan advised international and local clients on various corporate and competition aspects of their business activities in the Slovak Republic.
Ivan is fluent in Slovak and English.
