Daniel J. Rosický is a Partner at PRK Partners specialising in real estate law, joint ventures and inbound investment. In addition to leading the firm’s real estate team since its inception in 1998, Daniel provides practical business advice as part of his practice. He specialises in all facets of real estate law, as well as in joint ventures and inbound investments in the Czech Republic.

He was born in the Czech Republic and educated in Canada. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree (B.A. in economics from Queen's University in Kingston, he went on to complete a law degree (LL.B.) at the University of Western Ontario.

Daniel articled at leading Canadian firm Gowling Strathy & Henderson in Toronto before moving to Prague, where he worked for several years as International Counsel at Klein Holec & Partners.

Daniel is fluent in English and Czech and has a good working command of French. He is an attorney at law of the Czech Bar Association and he is also admitted to the Bar in Ontario, Canada. Daniel is Deputy Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Tereza Maxová Foundation for Children and a member of the Supervisory Board of the Zdeněk Bakala Foundation.
