PRK Partners Budapest comprises a team of 12 lawyers, including four partners, Ágnes Fábry (corporate, banking), György Fehér (corporate finance, M&A), Krisztina Rozgonyi (technology, media, telecommunications and regulatory affairs) and Kinga Zempléni (labour and employment). The team is assisted by two of Counsels – specializing in real estate and litigation – complementing the other associates and trainees in providing a broad range of legal services to local, regional and international clients.
All of our lawyers are able to draft and negotiate in English, and we can also offer legal advice in German, Italian and Russian. Our partners trained at leading law schools in Europe and the U.S. and worked at top-tier international firms in Hungary and abroad prior to joining PRK Budapest. Many of our partners and senior lawyers are recognized as leaders in their chosen field by leading legal publications (such as Legal 500 and PLC Which Lawyer).
Although we are a full service law firm, our core competency is in banking, corporate finance, labour and employment, regulatory and public administrative law, real estate and dispute resolution. In areas where we are not market leaders (such as tax) we refer our clients to only those service providers with whom our long-standing relationship ensures that the quality of advice they will receive will be of the calibre expected of PRK Partners.
