PRK Partners named National Law Firm of the Year in the Czech Republic

PRK Partners once again succeeded in the prestigious “Chambers Europe Awards for Excellence” and was named National Law Firm of the Year 2013 for the Czech Republic. This is the third award PRK Partners has received from Chambers and Partners since the awards were first given out in 2008.

PRK Partners – leading regional law firm in Slovakia

The first Law Firm of the Year (“Právnická firma roka”) awards were held on 16 April in the Radisson Blu Carlton Hotelin Bratislava. More than 40 of the largest law firms took part in the competition, which follows the same concept as the event organised in the Czech Republic by E-pravo since 2008. Representatives of the organisers of the contest – TREND weekly economics magazine, and EPRAVO GROUP s.r.o – nominated the finalists and selected the ultimate winners in all key areas of law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate, banking and finance, and employment law.

PRK Partners came second in the European CSR Award competition

The results of the European CSR Award in the categories “Partnerships involving small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and at least one non-business organisation” and “Partnerships involving larger companies and at least one non-business organisation” were announced on 16 April 2013 in the DOX Centre for Contemporary Art. Our law firm came second in the former category with its “Pro Bono legal services for the Tereza Maxová Foundation and Czech Donors Forum” project. Once again, we confirm our long-term effort and commitment to help those in need and to create a cleaner legal environment in the Czech Republic as well as central Europe.
