PRK Partners is a leading law firm and holder of significant international and national awards (Chambers Europe Awards for Excellence, Czech Law Firm of the Year for several consecutive years, and others). The firm, formerly named Procházka Randl Kubr, has been active on the market for almost twenty years, and has become a full service law firm with offices in four cities (Prague, Bratislava, Budapest a Ostrava) across three juridictions. Our specialized teams of over 100 legal practitioners and a tax advisors provide services to the largest global corporations, as well as to local companies. Thanks to its membership in Lex Mundi (the leading global association of independent law firms)and its close cooperation with a number of outstanding international law firms, PRK Partners also serves and accompanies clients on their business journeys in other jurisdictions around the world.
